Sugar Maple is one of the best choices for firewood, it
burns cleanly, lights easily, makes excellent coals, and produces a lot of heat. We sell cords of just Sugar Maple, no other species of wood are mixed in. All the pieces are cut to approx. 16 inch lengths and split to under 6 inches in diameter.
Right not we only have freshly cut and split (green) wood in stock. It would need to be left to dry for burning next fall, it's a great way to stock up because the price is reduced and you know your wood will be dry and ready when you need it.
